At Carbon Fiber Designs we take pride in providing high quality products and it is important to us that you are 100% Satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for an RGA # (returned goods authorization number) within 30 days of purchase for a Full money back refund (minus the original shipping and handling costs). We are flexible with our returns and if the shipping was an issue we would definitely refund that cost as well. Just let us know the issue and our goal is to have you smiling before we're done!

We only ask that you simply tell us the reason you are not happy with the product. We receive very few returns, but we do carefully track each one using an RGA log file that allows us to accumulate the results over a long peroid of time and we can determine if there is a possibility to improve any of our products or our services.
